This policy explains information handled by AgentChat.si when you use the website, connect a wallet, start a free session, purchase agent time, or use the rental runtime.

Information we may process

We may process the public wallet address used for a rental, payment and receipt identifiers, rental duration and agent count, runtime entitlement state, transaction confirmation data, security and anti-abuse events, support communications, and ordinary website/server logs.

Wallet connection

Wallet connection uses the configured wallet provider. AgentChat.si does not need your wallet private key or seed phrase and does not ask you to provide them.

Payments

Paid rentals use x402Facilitator and public blockchain transaction data. Payment records may include the paying wallet, transaction hash, product identifier, amount and settlement status.

Private Proof

If Private Proof is enabled, P2Pprivate may verify a claim and x402Facilitator may return the minimum proof status needed for checkout. AgentChat.si is not intended to store the renter’s raw ID image, date of birth, selfie, biometric template or reusable proof credential.

Agent conversations

Content submitted to AI models may be processed by the selected model provider or runtime according to the provider configuration and applicable provider terms. Do not submit secrets or sensitive information unless you understand the selected processing path.

Security and retention

Operational records may be retained as reasonably needed for rental enforcement, payment verification, security, fraud prevention, support and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type.

Your choices

You can choose whether to purchase a rental, which wallet to use, and whether to complete an offered Private Proof when the administrator has configured it as optional rather than required.
